Had a leak in our pipes, they got us in same day, fixed the issue entirely and replaced all of the old pipes/valves that needed it. It was much appreciated, will absolutely use them again in the future if needed!!

Needed to replace a water heater. Called Ben Franklin for service/estimate and they had a service tech (professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient) at my home the following day. The estimate provided was very competitive with other providers.. Excellent product, installation, clean up and education on water heater features and maintenance. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for my future plumbing and electrical needs.

I was very pleased with tech Jonathan. He replaced a faucet. Also installed a new laundry tub and replumb the water lines which wasn't on the original order. All completed in one day. Happy with the service.

Excellent service installing a new water softener. Did a through check-up before anything was done and gave me options based on my personal situation and needs. Did the installation that day. Ben did an outstanding job for us. He replaced our kitchen faucet that could not be repaired because the manufacturer no longer made parts for the faucet. He also replaced three shutoff valves, two of which had broken with new ones. Admittedly, this was not cheap but the work was necessary and should ensure that we don't have any problems going forward. Finally, I would note that Ben cleaned up after completing the work and left our home in better shape than he found it. He is an excellent employee of Benjamin Franklin.
