Great prompt service. Very personable and skilled plumber, a drain specialist which was what we needed. Felipe explained everything he was doing, what it would cost, and gave regular progress updates. Clearing the root buildup that was causing the issues took less time than Felipe suggested it might, and by the time he was finished the issues were all cleared up.

My husband & I found Tyler to be knowledgeable & efficient in doing his job of replacing our hot water heater. I wouldn't hesitate relying on him in the future. The future has come sooner than expected. Had Tyler come out again to replace our leaking Water Softener. Again, all looks good!

CJ was amazing! He was here within 45 minutes of my call to report my water heater was leaking, and he was able to replace it the next day. He was very thorough and professional and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. Pricewise I am not sure how it compares, as this was a rush job that I needed to get done right away. However, I believe it was worth the price because I know the job was done well, and it was done right the first time.

The technicians get 5 stars - they arrived on time to address some broken pipes due to a furnace malfunction causing inside temperature to get below freezing. Ceiling had to be opened up and we had a broken shower valve and some shut off valves that failed due to water in the lines. I thought the pricing was a bit steep but at the end of the day, they took care of us. Good news was the water main was off while we were away - could have been a lot worse.

Discovered a leak coming from our ceiling. Lucas was at our home in 40 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly and did the necessary work to stop the leak. Referred us to a water remediation company to repair the damage. He was knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Very happy with his service! Benjamin plumbing was very responsive to my emergency call for a broken pipe. I called several plumbers and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Lukas was fantastic! He was great at assessing the situation, and finding the source of the problem which was behind a finished bathroom wall. He communicated in advance scope and pricing. The quality of service and craftsmanship was superb. He repaired the pipe quickly and restored water to my home. I would highly recommend Lukas!

Lukas was here for about 7 hours today, I had a new lift station installed, a new water heater (old one was from 1999, I was very lucky to have it last that long) along with a new water softener, this old one only being from 2000. He was kind and very respectful of me and my home. He was very knowledgeable. I’m glad I came across a coupon for them. They had also replaced my furnace and a/c unit unbeknownst to me as that happened when my parents were alive. I give Lukas and his partner Bennett the highest rating I could. AWESOME customer service, knowledge and everything else. Thank you SO much.

CJ and his partner were super knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job explaining the situation with our loose sitting toilet. We live in an old home (90 years old) and wouldn't have thought twice about the toilet rocking slightly and the problems it could cost. I really appreciated his insight! He also did a great job giving us different price points for various levels of the fix so that we're fully informed.

Mr. Felipe Gonzalez did a great job clearing my kitchen sink drain. He was polite and patient in answering my questions. He worked pretty fast. Definitely a good experience. A coupon was also honored and saved quite a bit.

They did a great job. The new heater works great. Only took them about an hour. I would give five stars but you have to pry a little bit to get the best prices. They always hit you with the way overpriced stuff in the beginning and you have to do a little dance with them to get them to show you their best prices.

Overall I think Matt and Daunte did a great job. They were friendly and got everything setup in quick order. My only complaint was about the price of the job. They informed of the price when they were here and were upfront about it but I do think the company over charges for the a fairly simple project. Which is not the employees fault.

Jade and Bennett did a great job. They took the time to really think it through. None of this was decided in a moment. It was thought of and we thought of they were also extremely courteous. In fact I had to tell them to quit being so nice and to be themselves in my house. But they just couldn’t help themselves and they were professionals all the way. But they were not stiff. They worked hard and they seem to have had a good time working. I would definitely hire them again if I needed to get a plumbing job taken care of in a timely manner and in a professional manner.
